Pinaca builds on-prem spatial AI — live CCTV and drone feeds processed on customer-owned hardware, some deployments fully air-gapped, all of them places where "probably works" isn't good enough. We're hiring our founding QA engineer.

The interesting part: a good chunk of what you'd test is non-deterministic. "Correct" is a probability and a range, not an assertion, and edge cases matter most because the system is trusted with physical security. You'd build the whole testing foundation from scratch — API/contract tests, Playwright UI automation, CI/CD gates, regression suites — and run load and stress tests against live RTSP pipelines so the field never finds a limit before you do.

Looking for: 3+ years in QA/test automation (Playwright or Selenium, API testing, Python or JavaScript). Experience testing CV/ML, streaming, or regulated systems is a strong plus. As the founding QA hire you set the quality bar and culture, not inherit them.

Compensation: INR 10-15 LPA. Full-time, onsite Gurugram.
