Pinaca builds on-prem spatial AI: live CCTV, camera and drone feeds turned into real-time operational awareness, running on customer-owned hardware — some deployments fully air-gapped, no cloud. Seed-funded founding team in Gurugram, and self-hosting is our default: our own repositories, registries and infrastructure.

The role: own features end to end — Rust backend APIs, MongoDB/Redis, real-time streaming into a TypeScript/React UI operators rely on under pressure. You ship what you build: Dockerfile, image, deploy, to cloud and to edge boxes.

Looking for: 4+ years in production, genuine depth in one systems language (Rust, C++ or Go — you'll write Rust here), modern TypeScript. On-prem/air-gapped deployment experience or CV product exposure are pluses.
