Many hospitals still manage patient queues manually, which leads to long waiting times, overcrowded waiting areas, and confusion about appointment order.

Scenario

Imagine a patient arriving at a hospital for a doctor’s appointment. After registering at the reception, they are asked to wait without knowing how long it will take. As more patients arrive, the waiting area becomes crowded, and patients may wait for more than an hour. Meanwhile, emergency cases require immediate attention, which disrupts the queue and creates further delays.

Our Solution – QCare

QCare is a digital hospital queue management system that allows patients to register online and automatically enter a real-time queue. The system organizes patients using a first-come, first-served approach while allowing staff to prioritize emergency cases when necessary. Patients also receive notifications about their upcoming turn to reduce unnecessary waiting.
