Come join us, as we celebrate the 21st year of OpenStreetMap, the world's largest open geodatabase project, also referred to as the "Wikipedia of Maps"!
In collaboration with YouthMappers at Siliguri Government Polytechnic, we're organising a round of small talks and hands-on workshop on remote mapping, introducing students to contributing to OSM using tools like iD and JOSM, as well as aspects of remote sensing and know-hows.
*Attendees are requested to bring their own laptops. Anyone willing to join the event outside of the college may do so via videoconferencing.
