FOSStering Education

The idea of this discussion is to bring together students, faculties, fresh grads from all sorts of domains (including but not limited to Computer Science engineering // ICT) and discuss the state of FOSS in academia.

BoFs are supposed to be interactive in nature so we (moderators) will only set some direction for discussion and let the audience take it forward.

• What software do institutes/students use today for different subjects

• Brainstorming possible FOSS integrations in the above discussed list of proprietary tools
